June 27th governor of the Omsk region Leonid Polezhayev made changes to the decree number 56 dated June 16, 2009, which will allow more citizens with residential mortgage loans and is only willing to issue mortgages, offset in part by the payment of interest.
Initially, according to the decree reimbursement for the payment of interest provided only to citizens who purchase dwellings in apartment buildings.
Now eligible to receive social welfare payments will be and the citizens who have issued or will issue a mortgage loan for the construction of individual houses in rural areas of the Omsk region in the period from 1 January 2010 to December 31, 2012. This form of government support also applies to citizens who purchase residential premises in the districts of the Omsk region.
To date, CBR refinancing rate is 8.25%. This amount of citizens are entitled to receive monthly compensation from the regional budget their expenses to pay interest for five years.
