June 20 ceremony began construction of a residential complex "Vorotyinskiy grove" in the village Vorotynsk Babyninskogo region Kaluga region, as well as the signing of a cooperation agreement to implement the corresponding investment project. As a correspondent was informed in the management of Media Authority of Governor, a new neighborhood near the industrial park "Rosva" is being built as part of a pilot project to build rental housing in the region. In accordance with a plan for an area of 10 hectares will be located high-rise and low rise homes, shopping and socially important facilities, swimming pool, stadium, school, recreation center, a hotel, as well as the Orthodox church.
Governor Anatoly Artamonov, at the opening ceremony said that the implementation of such projects will provide qualified personnel to additional terms and conditions for obtaining well-appointed apartments. Part of the housing is designed for young families living in the region.
Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation Konstantin King noted that this is the first such project in Russia.
