General plan of Moscow appealed to the European Court of Human Rights

June 28 the leader of "Yabloko" Sergei Mitrokhin, sent a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights in the case of an unfair challenge to the General Plan of Moscow.
Mitrokhin turned to the court to contest the General Plan in June 2010. Requirementspolicy were rejected by the Moscow City Court and the Supreme Court in twoinstances. "I hope that my appeal to the Court once again remind the mayor of Moscow, that his promise to adjust the General Plan has not yet been fulfilled" - said the leader of "Yabloko". In a statement Mitrokhin shows that Russian courts have not provided a fair trial. Most applications for reclamation policy documents were rejected.

The Moscow City Court granted the petition for reclamation of materials which support the general plan, but refused to issue a query, in effect canceling its own definition. The Supreme Court has ignored this violation, the press service of the party.
Recall, the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin has repeatedly spoken about the necessity of amending the General Plan, but so far the new version to be developed.Meanwhile, the Moscow City Duma adopted amendments to the Town Planning Code,in Moscow to allow construction of a "zone of stabilization." Previously, construction in these areas was prohibited until the Land Use and Development Regulations.
