Currently a waiting list in 1152, WW II veteran living in the Volgograd region, became settlers. Of them since the beginning of this year, entitled to their own homes have implemented 282.
According to the Committee for Construction and Housing Authority of the region, yet remain unsecured apartments 206 veterans, 23 of which - have already received letters of guarantee for the purchase of housing, 8 people are included in the list of citizens who need to provide social benefit, with others being worked on.
Also before the end of 2011 is expected to registration as in need of better housing another 160 veterans, family members of victims (dead) soldiers and the disabled.
